In an attempt to boost efficiency and productivity in the news industry among members of the esteemed body- DOPF, a 3.5 KVA solar power system has been successfully installed in its office. This was disclosed by the Chairman of the Forum, Mr. Emmanuel Enebeli on behalf of the body on its installation.
According to the Chairman, with this development (3.5KVA Solar power installation), the office is now open and available for members and staff to carry out their official work in conducive environment. “I am pleased to inform you that a 3.5 KVA solar power system has been successfully installed in the office. With this development, the office is now open and available for members and their staff to carry out their official work in a more stable and conducive environment”, part of the report stated.
The Chairman further disclosed that, television and Internet services would be activated within the following week. He however said, for now, a small television set is in place just as he said, plans are underway to upgrade to a larger screen as the body progresses through the year.
“We expect the television and internet services to be activated within the coming week…” Part of the report stated. The Chairman therefore thanked members just as he called on members to continue to support the organization to enable it achieve its set aims and objectives.
