The Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo aka Tompolo, the Ibe-Ebidouwei of the Ijaw Nation, said late President Mohammadu Buhari was a principled and patriotic Nigerian who contributed his quota to the development of Nigeria during his tenure as President from 2015 to 2023.
In a press statement signed by he himself and made available to newsmen to condole with the family of late President Mohammadu Buhari, his associates and the entire Nigerians on his demise, Tompolo described late President as a person that is not materialistic but contented with what God used to bless him just as he said, he (late Buhari) was a person without blemish character but of goodwill and vigour to serve Nigeria as a country while he was President.
According to Tompolo, it was due to late President’s quest to serve his father’s land better, he hired Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited to handle the surveillance of critical oil and gas facilities in 2022 to protect the nation’s oil and gas infrastructure from being jeopardized.
Part of the statement reads:”…person of character, goodwill, and vigour to serve the country while he was President…”According to Tompolo, with Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited coming in to rescue the nation’s oil and gas infrastructure from sabotage, the nation is progressing speedily as regards oil production in the country.
Part of the statement reads:” Today, the story is different as the country is progressing steadily towards attaining a peak in oil production”. According to him, against this backdrop, Nigerians would miss his contributions to the unity and peace of Nigeria as a country. He therefore extends his heartfelt condolences to late President Buhari’s family, his close associate in particular and Nigerians at large to bear the irreparable loss just as he wished the late President’s soul to rest in peace. Part of the statement reads: “I extend my heartfelt condolences to the country, his family, and close associates. May his soul rest in peace”.
