Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi has eulogized Elder Statesman and Convener of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), Chief Edwin Clark for his words of encouragement for Governor Oborevwori in his(Pa Clark) first open letter saying his(Pa Clark’s) words of encouragement would make the Governor do more for the state.
According to Tidi, Pa Edwin Clark’s open letter to Governor Oborevwori where he(Pa Clark) commended the Governor for awarding over N78 billion contract for the construction of three flyover bridges, cloverleaf and road expansion in Effurun and Warri area of the state, is worthy of commendation.
In the open letter, Pa Clark said, the projects have shown that the current administration has started well especially by giving facelift to the twin-cities of Effurun and Warri adding that the Governor has his blessings in his quest to bringing infrastructural development to the state.
According to the Warri South Local Government Area Chairman, he has a lot of regards for Pa Clark because he(Pa Clark) has been very vocal as regards the development of the state.
Tidi therefore called on all other well meaning Deltans to support the administration of Governor Oborevwori as he is optimistic, going by Governor’s actions so far, he has demonstrated that he is a man that matches his words with actions.
Recall that Pa Clark had in an open letter addressed to Governor Oborevwori on Monday, expressed his satisfaction with the projects, and urged him to extend similar development to other parts of the state.
