The Management of Property World Africa Network(PWAN) has refuted the rumour making rounds in some quarters that there was scam adding, it was the handiwork of mischievous persons or group of people who are bent in destroying the good image the organization has made over the years. This was made known by the organization through the Managing Director of PWAN Potter’s, a subsidiary of PWAN, Mr Chukwuma Eboagwu.
According to him, the rumour is targeted to discredit the credibility and the genuineness of the Real Estate Company which its administrative Headquarters is situated at Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State. On the organization’s first anniversary of four years of uninterrupted progress in its Ughelli branch, Eboagwu said, the company has over sixty (60) subsidiary companies with offices in the 36 federation states.
According to him, PWAN (Real Estate Group of Companies) has over sixty (60) companies well registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), verifiable in the office of the Surveyor General of the Federation. He said PWAN is into land procurement, buying, selling of landed properties, and recruitment and training of officers.
His words: ” Our Client’s properties are properly allocated, lodged, and documented. We sold over 10,000 plots and properties across the country. PWAN has empowered many people, making everyone have a place called their own. It is a platform transforms lives. I want to take over. I want every home to be proud of PWAN. I am proud of PWAN. Everybody is a landlord”.
Mr. Eboagwu expressed joy that since the inception of PWAN Group in Ughelli, it has transformed the local property market by providing affordable land and housing options, enabling more residents to become property owners just as he said, the company’s innovative marketing approach and flexible payment plans have made real estate investment more accessible to a wider segment of the community.
Earlier in his welcome address, he said, over the past years, PWAN Group has launched several successful estate projects in Ughelli and its environs which created job opportunities for marketers, artisans, and local suppliers. According to him, the company has also organized free property education seminars to equip residents with the knowledge needed to make viable investment decisions.
