Hard work, in all ramifications, has rewards. It is not disputed that whenever one works, one is bound to reap the gains. This accounts for why it is advisable to work hard, be focused to get the dividend of one’s Labour. However, without God, no matter one works hard, it is difficult to have breakthrough(s) One of the persons that were rewarded and honored recently is daughter of the employee of Chevron Nigeria Limited, a multinational oil and gas company inNigeria. she is Barrister Fedorah Chimaobi Anyaegbudike who was called to bar in London having successfully completed her studies.
Her Father, Mr Victor Anyaegbudike Manager Communications, Chevron Nigeria and Mid-Africa Business Unit, the entire family, both immediate and extended and friends were happy and still happy when the young talented lawyer was inducted into the League of Barristers in the United Kingdom and Wales following her successful Barrister training at the BPP University, London. The ceremony that took on Tuesday 18th March 2025, was an impressive occasion which was held at the Lincoln Inn, London, United Kingdom.
Barrister Fedorah who had earlier graduated from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom with an LL. B Honours degree in Law and Criminology, and a Master’s degree (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London was overwhelmed with joy as she was honored on that day.

She could not hold her joy as the young lawyer expressed her gratitude to God Almighty that enabled her to go through the various University and Barrister trainings just as she appreciated her parents for supporting her to pursue her Law degrees and Barrister course in the United Kingdom. With joy written all over body, she promised to apply the tenets of the legal profession to work for the good of humanity and do her parents and her country in particular and the society at large, proud.
On the part of the parents, they expressed gratitude to God Almighty for their daughter’s achievements and congratulated her for the tenacity in undergoing the training which resulted to her being called to bar. The Chevron staff, Mr Anyaegbudike specially thanked Chevron Nigeria Limited for the employment opportunity that gave him room to support his child’s academic pursuit to this level by the grace of God.
