Delta 2023: Omo-Agege, Best Candidate For Delta – Igbuzor

Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the Chief Staff to the Deputy Senate President, Dr. Otive Igbuzor has described the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege as the best candidate for the seat of Governor of Delta State.

Dr. Igbuzor gave the assertion in his country home, Emonu-Orogun while playing host to a political pressure group under the auspices of “Team Dr. Otive Igbuzor 4 Ovie Omo-Agege for governor 2023”.

While addressing members of the group numbering over one thousand, he said, among all the candidates aspiring to take over the seat of the governorship  of Delta State come  May 29, 2023, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege stands tall as his chances of winning are high saying, he is the best candidate for the position.

According to him, the EDGE AGENDA of Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege speaks volumes and is a clear demonstration that he meant well for Deltans saying  his love for the state knows no bounds..

He said:”Omo-Agege is in the race to rescue Delta State from its present political quagmire the present PDP-led government plunged the state into”.

“Sen. Okowa wants to install his stooge, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori to cover his dirty deeds and to further plunder the treasure of the state to another untold hardship“, he added.

Earlier, in a speech signed by  the  Co-ordinator of the group, Hon. Samson Idudu and its Secretary, Comrade. Matthias O. Arierhi, said their decision to work for Obarisi Ovie Omo-Agege to become the next Governor of the state come 2023 is precipitated by his(Agege’s) past track records.

According to the group “Ovie Omo-Agege’s presence at the red chamber has made the people of Delta Central to   have  a voice and a sense of belonging in the state in particular and the country at large. If you go around the entire Delta Central Senatorial District, you will feel the impact of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege his impacts are felt in all the twenty local government areas of the state”.
