Ahead 2027 general elections,the Delta Central Senatorial District aspirant under the labour Party, Evang Dr Austin Ofomana received more supports from people as his consultation team and he, on the 7th February,2025, visited Sapele Local Government Area Labour Party Chairman, Eng. Okosije Goddey. The Senator in- waiting intimated the Chairman of his Senatorial ambition and the Chairman has thrown his weight behind him( Senator in waiting).
Almost the same hour, Evang.Dr. Ofomana and his team proceeded to the office of Eze Titus Ezewuzie Ezegbo of the Delta Central Senatorial District to also ask for their support. In both visitations, prayers were offered for the success of Peter Obi for Presidency and Evang Dr Austin Ofomana for Senatorial seat of Delta Central Senatorial District come 2027.
In the entourage of Senator -in- waiting were his Executive Assistant, Mr Praise Omoemu and Mr. Glory from Ward 9 Okpe Local Government Area. The highlight of the visitation was the excitement of the Ibos present when the Senator -in -waiting introduced his grand son, Eze Churchill Chidera Nnadikwe from Orlu in Imo State that is based in the United States of America.
