Ahead of 2027 general elections, Delta Central Senatorial District aspirant under Labour Party, Evang Dr. Austin Ofomana has officially kick- started his consultation visit in 2025 against 2027. The consultation visit which started on the 22nd of January saw the visit to Chief Egbenoma a highly respected and committed Labour Party leader from Ward 1 Abraka, in Ethiope East Local Government Area. The Senator -in- waiting’s team was led by the LGA Secretary, Mr Ken Okotie which saw the presence of Felix Okorodudu. Evang Dr Ofomana had a short deliberation with his host on his senatorial ambition.
On the same consultations, Thursday, 23rd January, Evang Dr Ofomana visited Mr Vincent Okwukei, the Chairman, Labour Party in his office in Asaba, the state capital. This visitation created an opportunity for Senator- in- waiting to be introduced by state Chairman to the South -South Chairman of the party, Chief Tony Eziagu. Senator -in- waiting’s team was led by Mr Praise Omoemu, the Executive Assistant to the incoming Senator, Delta Central Senatorial District come 2027. Senator in waiting has to intimate both Labour Party stalwarts his senatorial ambition, In both visits, prayers were offered to God for the victory of Evang Dr. Ofomana for his Delta Central Senatorial District ambition come 2027.
