As 2027 general elections draw near, Delta Central Senatorial District aspirant under Labour Party, Evang. Dr Austin Ofomana, a man set to change Delta Central Senatorial District political movements, stability and political narratives on Tuesday, 24th February, 2026, visited Ughelli North. On his arrival, Evang. Dr Ofomana immediately went into private consultation with his ever encouraging Executive Assistant, Pastor Praise Omoemu.
Shortly after that, the duo (Evang Ofomana and Pastor Omoemu) visited the Labour Party Deputy State Chairman, Mrs Gloria Odjurhe, in her in Ughelli North residence to discuss on the way forward in the party. Among issues on front burner in the visit was technicalities and other important issues that would boost the party’s chances in the senatorial seat come 2027. The Senator- in- waiting also discussed with host his preparedness for the race come 2027.
Shortly after this, Evang Dr Ofomana proceeded to the residence of Opete Ejakpomevi Anthony the Ughelli South Local Government Secretary of Labour Party. The Senator-in- waiting had more deliberations with Mr and Mrs Opete Ejakpomevi Anthony over the chances of success of the party in 2027 elections.
Earlier in his welcome address, the Secretary of Labour Party, Mr Opete Ejakpomeyi praised Evang Dr Ofomana for his uniqueness with which he goes about his consultation in the race just as he prayed for his (Evang Dr Ofomana’s) success and actualisation of his Senatorial ambition 2027.
