The Delta South Senatorial Candidate of the New Nigerian People’s Party ( NNPP ),Commodore Omatseye Nesiama(rtd) has congratulated the winner of the 2023 Delta South Senatorial Seat, Hon. Thomas Joel Onowakpo who is on the platform of All Progressive Congress(APC) over his victory in the just concluded Senatorial election of February 25th, 2023.
In a statement signed by Commodore Omatseye Nesiama(rtd) on Thursday which he titled: Congratulatory Message To The Delta South Senator –elect, Joel Onowakpo Thomas” and made available for newsmen said ,it is now time to move on just as he prayed for God’s wisdom, guidance and protection as he carries out his task of handling the legislative responsibilities fairly and objectively in the interest of the entire Delta South saying, although, it was a long hard contest but he (Onowakpo) was able to come out victorious at last.
He said:“My dear brother, hearty congratulations on your election as Senator-elect representing the Delta South Senatorial District. It was a long and hard contest and you came out victorious at last. It is now time to move on. I therefore pray for God’s wisdom, guidance and protection as you carry out your task of handling your legislative responsibilities fairly and objectively in the interest of the entire Delta South. Please, accept my very warm regards”.
